R. Scott Rodgers

Scott Rodgers leads the multifamily development efforts for Rainier Development Company (”RDC”). His background includes over 33 years of experience developing numerous types of apartment and condominium projects. Prior to his association with Rainier, Scott served as Senior Vice President – Multifamily Development at Crescent Real Estate. Scott was responsible for high profile projects such as 2811 Maple Residences in Dallas and The Crescent Residences in Fort Worth. Before Crescent, Scott spent 15 years indepently fee developing and advising clients that included Hayman Woods, Provident Realty, The Richman Group, Cooper & Stebbins, Barge Properties and The Richman Group. In addition, Scott has been a development partner with CLB Partners as well as head of development for First Worthing Corporation. His initial and most influential multifamily experience came from his employment with JPI Development in Austin. Lastly, Scott enjoyed several early years working as an architect with Overland Partners and Cooper Carry & Associates. Scott is single and resides in University Park, Texas. He holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design (Architecture) from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas in Austin.
