Nathan Litwiller
Associate - Finance
Nathan Litwiller serves as Associate of Finance at Rainier Development Company (RDC), where he is involved in all aspects of the development process. Prior to joining RDC, Nathan worked at Bank OZK's Real Estate Specialties Group (RESG), where he supported a senior secured, ground-up construction and development loan portfolio spanning multifamily, industrial, office, and mixed-use assets across the US.
During his time there, he directly managed in excess of $1 billion in total loan commitments, working with a wide range of institutional sponsors and smaller regional developers, across underwriting, asset management, and distressed credit restructuring. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Master of Business Administration in Finance, both from the University of Arkansas.
